Most coaching helps you perform differently. This is something altogether deeper, a ten-week process that works from the inside out, helping you discover the most authentic, alive version of yourself and live from that place more of the time.

It helps to understand what makes transformational coaching distinct.
Performance coaching :
helps you get better at something. Goals are set, timelines agreed, progress measured. It works well for people who want to improve a specific skill or move through a defined series of steps. It works from the outside in.
Transformational life coaching :
helps you get better. Not better at any particular task, just better at being you. We don't start with targets or action plans. We start with who you are, right now, in all your fullness: your emotions, your fears, your dreams, the places where you feel genuinely stuck. Change happens at source level rather than at the surface of behaviour. It works from the inside out.
The difference, simply put: one approach helps you do things differently. The other helps you be differently and, from that, everything else tends to shift.
How does Transformational Life Coaching work?
Over either weekly sessions (around ten sessions in total) or an intensive format such as a weekend or five consecutive evenings, we meet in a series of one-to-one life coaching sessions that are unlike most conversations you will have had about yourself.
During each session, I ask carefully crafted, thought-provoking questions designed to help you delve deep and uncover what is truly going on beneath the surface. This process is not about my perspective on your life. It is entirely about you discovering your own.
What consistently surprises people is how profoundly illuminating it is to be genuinely asked and genuinely listened to. When you answer questions honestly, without interruption or opinion, you begin to hear yourself in ways you perhaps never have. Patterns become visible. Things that felt vague and stuck begin to come into focus. And from that clarity, real change becomes not just possible but almost inevitable.
This transformational life coaching programme is delivered within a structured framework, with a defined beginning, a clear progression, and a meaningful end point. This intentional structure is not incidental to the process but central to it, providing the consistency and containment within which genuine personal transformation can take place.
Can I have hypnotherapy and NLP with Life Coaching?
My wider practice includes hypnotherapy and NLP, and some clients ask whether these form part of the coaching programme.
The transformational coaching process is complete in itself. During our time together, I work purely as your coach: asking questions, holding space, and allowing your own insight to lead.
Occasionally, I may notice something in your process that suggests hypnotherapy or NLP could be a useful next step for you a specific pattern that deeper subconscious work might address. If so, I'll mention it. But this would always be a separate offering, something to consider after your coaching is complete or in between sessions if felt appropriate.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this life coaching different from therapy or counselling?
Therapy typically works through the past — understanding and processing what has happened. This process is forward-oriented. We may encounter aspects of your history as they arise naturally in your answers, but we don't focus there. The emphasis is on present clarity and genuine forward movement — and the method (specific questions, your own answers, no external interpretation) is quite unlike either therapy or traditional coaching.
Do I need to know what I want to change?
No. Many people come with a general sense that something needs to shift, without being able to name it precisely. That's absolutely fine — and in some ways ideal. The questions will help you find what's there.
What if I've tried Life Coaching before and it didn't help?
If previous coaching was primarily goal- or performance-based, it's likely it was working at a different level entirely. Most of us aren't as rational as we'd like to think — we have emotional patterns, subconscious stories, and deeply held beliefs running beneath every decision we make. This process works with that reality rather than trying to override it.
Can Life Coaching sessions be held online?
Yes. Sessions are online. Many clients find online sessions just as powerful and considerably more flexible.
What happens after the ten weeks?
That depends on where you are. Some clients feel complete. Others choose to continue with further coaching. And for some, this is the point at which we might discuss whether hypnotherapy or NLP could be a useful addition to their journey — as a separate, subsequent piece of work.
