You know something needs to change. You just haven't let yourself stop long enough to work out what.
Your life might look absolutely fine from the outside.
But there's something on the inside you've been carrying for a while. A decision you keep going round in circles on. A career that doesn't fit anymore, even though you can't quite say why. A relationship you're not sure about. A business that isn't working the way it should. Or just a feeling that something isn't right, without knowing what needs to change.
What if you actually stopped and looked at it, with someone helping you see it clearly?

"We stayed with her business question. We just didn't stop there"
One client came to me going round in circles about her three businesses. Keep all three? Combine them? Drop one?
We kept that question in view. But the coaching took her deeper than the question itself, into who she really was and what mattered most to her. Once she understood that, the answer to her business question became obvious: she consolidated her three businesses into one clear offering, raised her prices, and started talking to a new client almost immediately.
That's how it tends to go. You bring me the problem, and we stay with it. I just ask about you within it, not just about it. The problem usually answers itself once you can see yourself clearly inside it, and that seeing is what the full ten weeks gives you room to do.
You don't need to know the answer to start
You don't need a five year plan. You don't even need to know exactly what's wrong. You just need to be willing to stop and properly look at it. That's what my coaching is for.
Your problem is rarely the real problem
Most coaching takes the problem at face value and looks for a solution.
I'm interested in what's underneath it.
I ask the kind of questions that get you thinking more deeply, questions that make you look beyond your first thoughts, challenge what you assume to be true, and see connections between parts of your life you didn't realise were linked.
Because the answer isn't always where you think it is. You might come to me with a career problem and discover it's really about what you want from your whole life. You might come to me about a business and realise it's about how you're spending your time and energy.
I ask the same kind of questions regardless of what you bring me, about who you are, asked in the context of whatever problem is in front of us. That's deliberate. The presenting problem stays in view the whole time; it's just not taken at face value. The fastest way through it is by understanding you within it.
I don't give you the answers. I give you the space to find the ones that are right for yo

What could be different for you
Realising how much someone else's expectations have been shaping your decisions
Finally seeing that you're in the wrong career and for the first time, knowing which direction you actually want to go
Understanding that stepping back from one part of your life doesn't mean losing your place in it
Giving yourself permission to do the thing you've wanted to do for years
Just one of those moments where something clicks and you think, "Oh. That's it."
There's no outcome I'm steering you toward. We're working out where you want to go.
Ten weeks to work it out properly
Ten weeks where you don't have to have it all figured out.
Ten weeks of 1:1 coaching where I ask the questions, hold the space, and help you see your situation from angles you haven't considered.
You'll often feel things shifting early, like the client above. That's a good sign and it means the work is landing. But real change needs time to settle, not just arrive. The full ten weeks is what turns a moment of clarity into something that actually holds.
We can work weekly, or arrange things more intensively if that suits you better.
Investment is discussed on your free call, once we know what you're working with but this is a considered investment in yourself, not an impulse buy, and I'll never pressure you into it.
This is for you if:
You already sense something needs to change, even if you can't name it yet
You're used to figuring everything out yourself and are ready to be properly challenged instead
You want space to think, not a checklist to follow
This isn't for you if:
You want someone to hand you a plan and tell you exactly what to do
You're looking for therapy for a clinical issue (this is coaching, not a substitute for that)
You're not ready to be honest with yourself yet
I'm Gillian
A transformational life coach and hypnotherapist. I don't tell you what to do and I don't hand you a plan. I ask the questions, and give you the space to think, sometimes for longer than you're used to, because the first answer isn't always the real one.
You're the expert on your own life. My job is to help you see it clearly.
